The All Abilities Vendor Fair was launched in 2024 by Front Porch Church in partnership with Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Naperville, IL. Since then, the fair has grown to hold more than 40 vendors-all of whom are a part of the disability community.
What we have at our booth:
- Lucy Paintings-in conjunction with her therapies, we created a way for Lucy to create art. We start with her pointing out what colors she wants to use. She points on the canvas where she would like each color. We pour the paint on those spots and then wrap it in saran wrap. From there, Lucy plays with, bounces on, crawls on, plays on these canvases. We make sure the paint is spread to the edges of the canvas, peel the saran wrap off, and let it dry. The results are beautiful tie-die-esque paintings that we love creating and displaying.

- Lucy Angels-while Lucy was in the NICU, we had a number of people praying for us and our daughter. Unfortunately, we were unable to physically be with them, so we created Lucy Angels. These are macrame angels with a summary of Lucy’s story attached.
